Bridget joins Clemson Ventures after serving as Assistant AD, Talent Brand Management at Clemson Athletics, where she was instrumental in developing robust talent branding initiatives. Over nearly two years, she worked closely with student-athletes to build personal brands, aligning promotional strategies with Clemson’s athletic identity.

Before her tenure at Clemson Athletics, Bridget contributed significantly to The University of Memphis, where she held roles including Director of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) and Student-Athlete Branding & Image Coordinator. In these capacities, she launched cutting-edge NIL initiatives, creating platforms for student-athletes to monetize their brands and navigate the evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.

Earlier, Bridget honed her marketing expertise at institutions like Mercer University as Director of Marketing and Lipscomb University, where she progressed from Marketing Manager to Director of Marketing. Her contributions extended to athletics marketing, where she collaborated with the Nashville Predators as an Energy Team Member, supporting fan engagement and promotional strategies.

Bridget began her professional journey as a Student-Athlete at Lipscomb University, where she balanced her NCAA Division I Track & Field commitments with internships in marketing and graphic design. This early exposure laid the foundation for her success in strategic communications and branding.
