London, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Lynn Baxter has been appointed President, Europe and Member of the Executive Committee at GSK, marking a significant leadership milestone as the organisation continues to advance its mission of getting ahead of disease together.
In her new role, Lynn will lead GSK’s Europe business and serve on the Executive Committee, overseeing regional strategy, performance, and execution across one of the company’s most critical global markets.
Prior to this appointment, Lynn served as SVP, Head of Europe at GSK, a role she held since November 2024, where she was responsible for shaping and executing the company’s European commercial strategy.
Before rejoining GSK in Europe, Lynn was Senior Vice President and Head of North America at ViiV Healthcare, where she led operations across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada, advancing the organisation’s mission to leave no person living with HIV behind.
Earlier in her career, Lynn held multiple senior leadership roles at GSK, including Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial, Global Vaccines, Vice President and General Manager, Philippines, and Vice President, Head of Commercial Operations, Emerging Markets, building deep expertise across global markets and therapeutic areas.
She also brings prior experience from Roche, where she worked in global marketing excellence and brand leadership roles, and from Merck, where she spent over eight years in various commercial roles of increasing seniority.
