Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, January 2026 – Britt Davies has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Fullcast, taking charge of the company’s global People & Culture strategy. In her new role, she will lead Fullcast’s people-first growth agenda, strengthening leadership capability, talent systems, engagement frameworks, and scalable workforce architecture to support the company’s rapid global expansion.
Before assuming her current position, Britt Davies spent over two years at Fullcast as Head of People and Culture, where she played a central role in shaping a high-performance, values-driven culture anchored around simplicity, stewardship, grit, and impact. She led enterprise-wide people systems including listening programs, succession planning, recognition frameworks, flexible work practices, and inclusion-by-design initiatives while building leadership depth and scalable talent processes.
Prior to Fullcast, she served as Vice President of People Operations at Purple, a publicly traded U.S. enterprise with operations across 35 states. In this role, she led HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation governance, and enterprise job architecture programs, and partnered closely with executive leadership to strengthen workforce planning, leadership succession, and performance frameworks across a 1,600+ employee base.
She also held senior leadership roles at Purple earlier as Senior Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition, where she established HR Centers of Excellence, led people integration during acquisitions, modernized HRIS infrastructure, and restructured talent acquisition to improve hiring velocity and quality.
Earlier in her career, Britt Davies built deep operational HR leadership experience at organizations including VASA Fitness, Parallel HR Solutions, NexSense, and Employer Solutions Group, managing hyper-growth environments, compensation design, HRIS transformations, shared services, and enterprise people metrics.
