Gallatin, Tennessee, United States – November 2024 – Brittany Castle has joined Associated Packaging, Inc. as the new Director of Human Resources. In her new position, Brittany will lead human resource initiatives to enhance employee relations, talent management, and overall HR operations, supporting the company’s goal of providing top-tier packaging solutions through a dedicated, skilled workforce.
Brittany previously served as the Human Resources Manager at Concrete Pump Partners LLC in Nashville, where she managed HR functions, including employee relations, training, and talent management.
Prior to this, she held the role of HR Manager at Gastite, overseeing HR operations for teams across multiple locations, including international sites. Her responsibilities at Gastite spanned recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Brittany worked as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Tutco in Cookeville, Tennessee, where she managed HR processes for multiple facilities, including onboarding, performance appraisals, and FMLA administration. She also held progressive HR roles at JCPenney, where she developed strong skills in employee engagement, operations management, and scheduling for large teams.
