Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, July 2025 – Brittany McCabe has taken on a new role as Vice President, People & Culture at Cascadia Credit Union, a newly formed financial cooperative committed to community-first banking and people-centric values. Brittany joins Cascadia Credit Union after a five-year tenure at Revelstoke Credit Union, where she rose steadily through the ranks. Most recently, she served as HR Manager, following her impactful contributions as People and Training Specialist, HR Coordinator, and Insurance Services Representative. During her time there, she led key initiatives focused on employee development, member service, and culture-building—work that positioned her as a trusted leader during the credit union’s transformation and merger.

Beyond her organizational experience, Brittany has played an influential role in shaping future leadership across the credit union system through her work with BC Emerging Leaders. Starting as a member of the Working Committee, she quickly rose to Vice Chair, and currently serves as Chair, contributing to talent pipeline development and leadership capacity building across British Columbia’s cooperative finance sector.

Earlier in her career, Brittany held administrative and financial operations roles at BDO Canada and Allstate Canada, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational support, customer service, and process efficiency.

Rooted in three communities and united by shared values, Cascadia is a member-owned financial cooperative that delivers personalized banking, local decision-making, and service that puts people before profits. With a purpose-driven culture, Cascadia empowers its teams and supports the wellbeing of the communities it serves.
