Her journey at Collins began in roles focused on special HR projects and strategic university relations, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and early career programs. She then moved into more focused HR business partner roles, where she provided strategic support to the Power & Controls sector’s engineering and program management divisions.
Prior to her tenure at Collins Aerospace, Lykkebak contributed her skills at General Mills as an Associate HR Manager, where she managed HR processes for a large manufacturing facility. She also has experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Target, further showcasing her diverse skill set and ability to adapt across different roles and industries.
