Bruce Knott Takes on New Role as Senior Director of Human Resources at Endeavors

Bruce Knott has been appointed as the new Senior Director of Human Resources at Endeavors. With a robust career spanning nearly two decades in human resources management, Knott brings a wealth of experience to his new role at the nonprofit organization.

Before joining Endeavors, Knott served as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Cibolo, Texas from May 2022 to April 2024, where he was instrumental in overseeing the HR functions that supported the city’s operations. Prior to his tenure in Cibolo, he held the same position at the San Antonio River Authority for nearly eleven years. During this time, his leadership was pivotal in guiding the HR strategies that supported the Authority’s extensive environmental missions.

Knott’s experience also includes a four-year stint as the Human Resources Director for the City of Pascagoula, Mississippi, where he managed all aspects of human resources for the city from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, he has experience in the private sector, having served as the Human Resources Director for Lowe’s Home Improvement in Gulfport, Mississippi from June 2006 to June 2007.
