New York, United States, March 2025 – BioIVT, a leading global provider of biological specimens and research services, has announced the promotion of Bryan McDowl to the role of Senior Director Human Resources, recognizing his ongoing contributions to people strategy and organizational growth.
Bryan has been a part of BioIVT for nearly nine years, steadily growing through the ranks. Prior to this elevation, he served as Human Resources Director, where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with business needs. Before that, he held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources, contributing significantly to remote workforce management and strategic HR initiatives. He originally joined BioIVT as Manager of Human Resources, where he was responsible for HR operations across a global employee base, supporting manufacturing and scientific teams.

Before joining BioIVT, Bryan was Manager of Human Resources at Freelancers Union, where he developed and executed HR strategies across multiple organizational entities. In this role, he led full-cycle executive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, and collaborated closely with leadership to drive HR programs that aligned with business goals.
Bryan holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, equipping him with the strategic insight and operational know-how to lead HR in a dynamic, science-driven organization.
