Brynn Edelcup has been with Portage Point Partners for over a year, having previously served as Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition. In this role, she played a key role in streamlining recruitment processes and managing hiring strategies across the organization’s business advisory, interim management, and investment banking segments. Her promotion reflects her strategic contributions to Portage Point’s growth and talent alignment efforts.
Prior to joining Portage Point, Brynn spent nearly six years at Jump Trading LLC, where she progressed from Talent Acquisition Coordinator to Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Coordination Lead. She led onboarding operations, drove continuous improvement initiatives, managed global recruiting training, and served as a founding member of the firm’s internal Diversity & Inclusion group. She also supported the Jump Crypto unit, further expanding her scope within a high-performance trading environment.
Earlier in her career, Brynn served as an Executive Development Program Associate and Business Manager at Bloomingdale’s, where she oversaw team development and customer engagement strategy, laying the foundation for her leadership in people-centric functions.
Her professional journey began with an HR Internship at Ross Highland Park, where she was instrumental in developing the company’s operations manual and implemented key HR processes, including compliance, training, payroll, and culture building.
