Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Neha Jain has taken on the role of Group Human Resources Director – Asia, Middle East, Africa, ANZ at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, marking an exciting new chapter in her career.
Neha Jain brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership to her new position at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Prior to this role, she served as General Manager, Lead HRBP Vaccines, Specialty and Global CEP at GSK in Mumbai, where she was an integral member of the leadership teams. In this role, she was responsible for executing business strategies, driving succession planning, and facilitating a culture of coaching and high performance.
Before her tenure at GSK, Neha was the Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank in Mumbai. As the Co-Head HR for the regulated bank entity, she led HR functions for Global Markets, Research, and Offshore Risk Teams, and managed HR interactions with the Indian regulator. She was also a trustee of the Barclays Bank PF Trust and a champion for diversity and inclusion.
Neha’s extensive experience also includes roles such as Consultant Human Resources at Novartis, where she specialized in compensation and benefits, campus relations, and HRBP for finance and corporate functions. She also worked as a Consultant-Total Rewards at Johnson & Johnson, assisting the regional team on compensation and benefits policies for various business units across India, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Earlier in her career, Neha held the position of AVP Human Resources at Credit Suisse Securities in Mumbai. She led HR activities for Private Banking & Asset Management in India, initiated diversity and inclusion programs, and supported business needs across multiple divisions. She also served as a Manager, Compensation and Benefits at Citibank, leading compensation initiatives for various business units and managing worldwide NRI compensation and benefits.
Neha began her career at Tata Consultancy Services as an HR Executive, where she gained experience in career development, labor and employment law, and performance management.
