New York, United States, March 2025 – Caitlin Mimnaugh has been appointed as Head of People Partners, GTM at Squarespace, where she will lead HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning for the company’s go-to-market teams. In this role, she will focus on building a strong people-first culture, optimizing talent strategies, and driving business alignment to support Squarespace’s global growth.
Prior to joining Squarespace, Mimnaugh served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Mindtickle, where she spearheaded AI-assisted, data-driven HR workflows and provided executive coaching and strategic HR leadership. Her work focused on enhancing HR capabilities, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Before her tenure at Mindtickle, she was Senior Director of Human Resources at Total Brain, a SonderMind Company, where she played a pivotal role in HR strategy, culture transformation, and leadership coaching. She also served as Director of Human Resources at Wavestone, driving HR operations, talent initiatives, and change management across global teams.
Mimnaugh’s experience also includes four years at Morgan Stanley, where she worked as Manager of Human Resources, gaining expertise in executive coaching, talent optimization, and HR analytics. With a strong background in HR leadership, workforce transformation, and strategic people initiatives, she is well-positioned to make a significant impact at Squarespace.
