Denver, Colorado, United States, December 2025 – Caleb Fields has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of People and Culture at Once Upon a Farm, a fast-growing childhood nutrition company committed to making organic, cold-pressed, farm-fresh food accessible to families across the U.S. In this pivotal role, Caleb will lead the organization’s global people strategy, culture, and talent development initiatives during a high-growth phase for the company.
Caleb brings over 15 years of strategic HR leadership across the retail, consumer goods, education, and nonprofit sectors. His appointment is expected to further strengthen the company’s mission-driven culture, leadership development, and employee engagement as it continues to scale nationally.
Prior to joining Once Upon a Farm, Caleb Fields served as Vice President of Human Resources – Commercial Brand and Americas at Crocs, Inc., where he provided HR leadership across the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands. He was deeply involved in strategic HR initiatives supporting Retail, Digital, Marketing, Planning, Product, and Wholesale teams, while also serving as a core member of the global HR leadership team.
Earlier at Crocs, he held the position of VP – Enterprise Shared Services, where he led transformation across functions such as Digital Commerce, Finance, AI, and Supply Chain. His leadership was instrumental in succession planning, organizational design, and inclusive workplace strategies.
Before Crocs, Caleb held multiple senior HR roles at The North Face, a VF Company. He supported global marketing, footwear, digital, and go-to-market teams, leading talent acquisition, performance management, and DE&I programs. He also served in the education sector, notably as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Denver Public Schools, and as Director of Recruitment and Assistant Principal of Operations and Culture at STRIVE Preparatory Schools, focusing on educational equity and leadership development.
Caleb’s diverse background also includes early-career roles in professional baseball, logistics, and admissions. He is widely recognized for combining business acumen with a deep passion for inclusive talent development and purpose-driven leadership.
