In his new role, Caleb will oversee global people strategy, organizational development, and leadership alignment, partnering closely with senior executives to strengthen Workday’s high-performance culture and enable strategic growth across functions.
With more than six years at Workday, Caleb has been a key architect in advancing the company’s people and leadership development framework. Most recently, he served as Director of the People Business Partner Team, where he partnered with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) to shape organizational design and drive leadership effectiveness across global teams. Previously, as Senior Manager of the People Business Partner Team, he collaborated with the Chief Design Officer, leading the evolution of Workday’s product experience organization and supporting global HRBPs in driving career growth and talent capability initiatives.
Before joining Workday, Caleb gained rich experience across multiple global organizations. At Tesla, he served as Senior HR Business Partner, supporting business transformation and scaling workforce capabilities in a fast-growing environment. His earlier tenure at GE Digital and GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) equipped him with deep expertise in HR transformation, leadership development, and change management across global markets. Caleb also held human resources and organizational development roles at Graco, ExxonMobil, and Al-Khalij Holding Company, where he contributed to HR strategy execution across diverse geographies.
Throughout his career, Caleb has been known for his ability to connect organizational strategy with people impact—building cultures of empowerment, accountability, and innovation.
