Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, February 2026 — Carika Martin has been appointed as Chief People Officer at EventsAir, marking a key leadership addition as the company continues to scale its global event technology platform. In her new role, Carika will lead the organisation’s people and culture strategy, supporting business growth through workforce transformation, leadership development, and future-ready talent practices.
Carika brings extensive international experience across people strategy, talent and culture, organisational design, and transformation. Prior to joining EventsAir, she spent several years at ANZ, where she held senior leadership roles including Process & Performance Excellence Lead – Strategy & Transformation and Head of Talent & Culture – Technology & Strategy Execution, contributing to large-scale operating model redesign, capability building, and people-led transformation initiatives.
Earlier, Carika served as Global Workforce Architect & Design Principal at Fuel50, where she partnered with organisations worldwide to reimagine workforce design, job architecture, capability frameworks, and talent agility, while also contributing to the development of Fuel50’s AI-powered talent platform through human-centred design principles.
Her career also includes senior HR and transformation roles at Flintfox International, Fulton Hogan, and Deloitte in South Africa, where she advised organisations on talent transformation, operating models, and leadership effectiveness. Earlier in her professional journey, she gained foundational experience in performance analysis and human capital roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, the University of Pretoria, and Mercedes-Benz South Africa.
With a career spanning Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, Carika is widely recognised for integrating people strategy with business outcomes, enabling organisations to build scalable, agile, and high-performing cultures.
