Paris, Île-de-France, France, January 2026 — Egis Group has appointed Carlos Gordillo Arnaud as its new Group Chief Accounting Officer, reinforcing its global financial governance leadership as the organisation accelerates its international growth and infrastructure innovation agenda.
In his new role, Carlos will lead group-wide accounting governance, IFRS consolidation frameworks, financial control systems and finance transformation initiatives supporting Egis’ operations across more than 100 countries.
Carlos brings nearly two decades of deep expertise in group accounting, consolidation, IFRS governance and financial transformation across major European enterprises.
Prior to joining Egis, he served as Group Administration, Accounting & Consolidation Director at Vestiaire Collective, where he led global accounting operations, consolidation strategy and finance transformation programs.
He earlier held senior leadership roles including Head of Accounting, Consolidation, Tax & Cash at Ankorstore and Head of Group Accounting & Administration at Veepee, building scalable governance frameworks for high-growth digital enterprises.
Before this, Carlos played a pivotal role at Banco Sabadell as Head of CFO Office and Head of Consolidation & Reporting, shaping executive reporting architecture, financial governance and consolidation structures.
His early career foundation was established at Laboratorios Menarini, where he led IFRS transition programs across multi-country entities, and at Deloitte, where he spent nearly six years auditing multinational corporations under IFRS, US GAAP and SOX frameworks.
