Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines, January 2026 – Kurt Silvano has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (DAVI) | Go Rewards. In this role, he will lead people strategy, culture transformation and employee experience across DAVI’s rapidly growing data analytics and loyalty solutions business within the Gokongwei Group.
Kurt Silvano brings a dynamic blend of organizational development, employee experience and transformation leadership across corporate, technology and consumer businesses. He has been with Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (DAVI) since 2025, initially serving as Acting HR Head, before formally assuming the role of Head of People & Culture, where he now leads strategic workforce planning, culture development, employee engagement and leadership capability initiatives.
Prior to joining DAVI, Kurt spent nearly four years at JG Summit Holdings Inc., where he most recently served as Culture, Engagement and Communications Manager, and earlier as Employee Experience & Engagement Officer, leading group-wide programs on purpose, values, recognition, volunteerism and employer branding across the Gokongwei Group.
Earlier in his career, Kurt held leadership roles at Senti AI, Globe Telecom, Unilab Foundation, Wunderman, and Paris Miki, building deep expertise in organizational culture, employee engagement, communications, digital operations and corporate transformation.
