Como, Lombardy, Italy, March 2025 – Carlotta Larcher has taken on the role of Head of People Development and Digital Workplace at D-Orbit, a global leader in space logistics and satellite transportation services. In this newly appointed position, Carlotta will lead the company’s people development strategy and digital workplace transformation, supporting D-Orbit’s talent capability and innovation goals as it scales operations across a rapidly evolving space economy.
Before joining D-Orbit, Carlotta served as Head of HR at Finwave and OCS S.p.A., where she was instrumental in overseeing HR operations, policy implementation, integration processes, and organizational development during a merger between the two companies. Her dual leadership across both entities contributed to strategic alignment and seamless people transitions over a combined tenure of nearly two years.

Previously, Carlotta spent over eight years at Kaleyra, holding various HR leadership roles including Talent Manager and HR & Organization Development Manager. She led large-scale recruitment across Europe and the UK, employer branding, global HR policy formulation, leadership training, and post-merger integration efforts spanning regions such as India, the USA, South Africa, Germany, and the UK.
Carlotta’s early career included HR and organizational development roles, starting with an internship at Kaleyra and progressing into specialist and manager-level positions. She also held earlier roles in tax management and research, including at Decathlon Italia and EBAN – The European Business Angel Network, demonstrating a well-rounded background in both corporate and strategic functions.
