Over the years, she has played a key role in strengthening Aecon’s people practices, building future-ready HR frameworks, and nurturing an inclusive and high-performance culture.
Before joining Aecon, Carly worked with General Electric as a Human Resources Operations Specialist and Umicore as a Human Resources Assistant, gaining valuable experience in global HR operations and people management processes.
