Carmen has been with BSH Home Appliances Corporation for over two years, previously serving as Talent Management Manager. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving organizational transformation and strengthening talent pipelines. Her contributions include designing impactful HR initiatives that align with corporate goals and enhance employee engagement.

Before joining BSH, Carmen worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at BSH Home Appliances Group, where she dedicated over five years to HR operations, organizational development, and employee relations. Her efforts ensured seamless implementation of company-wide initiatives and talent acquisition programs across various facilities.
Carmen also brings a wealth of experience from her roles at Staffmark, where she served as Senior Account Manager, and Luxottica Retail, as a Human Resources Generalist-Recruiter. Earlier in her career, she honed her expertise in HR operations at Travis Meats, Inc., contributing to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
