London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Connor Ingram has been promoted to Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Enabling Functions at Kantar, where he will oversee talent acquisition efforts across various key functions, including technology, product, analytics, AI, finance, legal, operations, marketing, and HR. In his expanded role, Connor will lead strategic initiatives to attract top talent and drive innovation across Kantar’s global operations.

Connor joined Kantar in 2022 as Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Technology, Product, Analytics & AI, where he successfully implemented diverse talent strategies and fostered inclusivity in hiring practices. His expertise has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals.

Prior to Kantar, Connor held several leadership roles at WPP, including Global Talent Acquisition Lead – Technology & Product and Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology, Product, Enabling Functions, where he developed recruitment strategies to support WPP’s growth in emerging technologies. His tenure at Pentland Brands as Talent Acquisition Partner saw him managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, contributing to the organization’s success in the footwear and activewear sectors.

Earlier in his career, Connor worked with Frazer Jones and Reed, specializing in HR recruitment and executive search. His breadth of experience in talent acquisition, coupled with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, positions him to excel in his new role at Kantar.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
