Based in Worthing, England, Caroline spearheads the company’s Talent Development, Technical Training, and Inclusion teams, focusing on nurturing a workplace culture that aligns with Southern Water’s commitment to engagement, inclusion, and professional growth.
Prior to joining Southern Water, Caroline held the role of Head of Talent & Development at SGN from May 2017 to December 2023, where she led significant initiatives in talent management, including the creation of an in-house e-Learning Design Team and the introduction of innovative learning methodologies that notably advanced the organization’s training capabilities. Before SGN, Caroline served as the Head of Learning at Centrica Exploration and Production, managing talent, learning, and organizational effectiveness across multiple geographies from January 2013 to December 2016, where she was instrumental in enhancing business performance and employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives.
