Caroline has been part of Evolve since October 2024, previously serving as Head of People & Talent, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening employee engagement, talent strategy, and people-focused leadership initiatives. Her elevation reflects her sustained contribution and strategic impact within the organization.
Prior to joining Evolve, she served as Head of People & Culture at Property Hub, where she led people strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational culture initiatives across the business. Earlier, she held HR leadership roles at St. Bede’s College, Manchester, ELMSCOT GROUP LIMITED, and Intu Retail Services, driving HR operations, payroll strategy, and employee engagement programs. She also brings long-standing experience from her tenure at EMCOR and Europa Support Services, where she strengthened HR frameworks and supported large, multi-site operations.
With over two decades of experience across retail, education, facilities management, and corporate services, Caroline brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, culture transformation, and scalable people operations to her new role.
