Nashville, Tennessee, USA – November 2024 – Casey McCluskey Parker has joined QualDerm Partners as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Casey will lead human resources strategies across the organization, bringing her legal and HR leadership expertise to enhance employee engagement and operational excellence at QualDerm Partners, a leader in dermatology and aesthetics care.
Prior to joining QualDerm Partners, Casey was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wellpath in Nashville, Tennessee, where she served in various roles since 2021, including Interim Chief HR Officer and Senior Associate General Counsel. She oversaw HR policies and compliance while supporting leadership teams on strategic HR and employment matters.
Previously, Casey worked as a Labor and Employment Associate at Ogletree Deakins for nearly five years. Based in Nashville, she represented employers in employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation claims, and advised on employment best practices.
Before Ogletree Deakins, Casey held the position of Attorney at Baker Donelson, where she focused on employment law and corporate defense. Her earlier career began as a Litigation Associate at White & Case LLP in New York City, where she gained foundational experience in employment litigation.
In addition to her legal career, Casey is a former professional athlete, having played soccer for Breidablik Soccer Club in Reykjavik, Iceland, demonstrating a unique blend of teamwork and resilience that she now brings to her HR leadership roles.
