Cassie Szczudlo most recently worked as an Independent Contractor, where she leveraged her HR expertise to provide tailored solutions for organizational challenges over seven months. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Talent at Assembly Health, where she led comprehensive HR initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, HRIS implementation, and strategic problem-solving for two years.
Before joining Assembly Health, Cassie held pivotal roles at Surgical Solutions for nearly four years, including Vice President of People Operations. In this capacity, she implemented performance management systems, enhanced employee engagement, and developed robust HR strategies to align with business goals.
Her earlier career includes an impactful tenure at Little River Healthcare, where she worked as National Director of Account Management for six years. There, she successfully built and led a National Accounts department, developed strategic training programs, and contributed to a 36% compound annual growth rate (CAGR).
