Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, November 2025 — NobleOak has announced the appointment of Cathy Doyle as its new Chief People Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team with one of Australia’s most respected HR, people experience, and governance leaders. With an extensive multi-industry career spanning financial services, insurance, telco, technology, aviation, and social impact sectors, Cathy will lead culture, capability, leadership development, and people strategy as NobleOak continues to scale across Australia.
Cathy Doyle most recently served at Symbio, where over several years she held dual leadership roles as Chief Experience Officer (People, Brand, Customer & Communication) and Chief People Experience Officer. She focused on elevating the end-to-end experience for employees, customers, investors, and stakeholders, championing culture transformation, brand impact, and organisational engagement across global teams. These roles helped expand her expertise in experience design, workforce capability, and strategic people leadership.
Before Symbio, Cathy served as Chair & Consultant at Super Recruiters, while also contributing significantly to governance and talent advancement as President and Founding Board Member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF), and Company Secretary & Board Director at Meals on Wheels Newcastle. She further strengthened her governance portfolio through her position as Remuneration Committee Member at the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation, reinforcing her commitment to equity, human capital oversight, and purpose-driven leadership.
Earlier, she played a pivotal role in the cybersecurity sector as Chief of Staff at ParaFlare (a Deloitte company), supporting strategy alignment, organisational efficiency, and executive operations within Australia’s leading Managed Cyber Detection and Response organisation. Prior to this, Cathy held major executive responsibilities at Rabobank, where she served as Group Executive CHRO and Corporate Affairs, leading people strategy, culture, and corporate communications across Australia and New Zealand.
Cathy’s earlier career includes several highly influential leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at McDonald’s Australia, Head of HR and Group Company Secretary, APAC at BNP Paribas, Group Executive People and Culture and Group Executive Equities at Perpetual Limited, and Executive General Manager, People at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She also previously served as Group General Manager People at Qantas, and as General Manager Human Resources and Strategy at NRMA, where she shaped people strategy and organisation-wide transformation initiatives. Her governance foundations were strengthened through roles such as Non-Executive Director at Mason Stevens and Ambition, and Chair and Board Director at Odyssey House NSW.
