In her new role, Gabby Bador will be responsible for leading Mobilicom’s end-to-end human resources agenda, including global talent acquisition, HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational capability building. Based in Israel, she will support the company’s growth across its cybersecure solutions for drones, robotics, and autonomous platforms.

In the most recent phase of her career, Gabby Bador has been working as a Private HR and Career Advisor, supporting tech founders, managers, and professionals through leadership dilemmas, organizational challenges, career transitions, and growth decisions. Her work spans advisory support on team scaling, hiring strategies, leadership development, culture building, and confidential one-on-one coaching for senior professionals.

Prior to this, she spent over seven years at HUMAN (formerly PerimeterX), where she served as Senior Global Director of People and Senior Global Head of HR. During this tenure, she built and scaled the global HR function from the ground up, supported rapid growth from early-stage to successful M&A, led global talent acquisition at scale, and played a key role in leadership development, compensation strategy, organizational design, and merger preparedness across the U.S. and Israel.

Earlier, Gabby Bador held the role of Global Human Resources Manager at Playbuzz, where she led global HR and recruitment operations during a high-growth phase, including the establishment of international offices and implementation of HR systems. She also worked on Global Talent Acquisition projects at Gett, successfully building BI and technical teams across multiple geographies.

Her early career includes foundational HR and people development roles at A2Business, Etagon, and as a Freelance Recruitment & HR Consultant, where she established HR functions from scratch and supported startups with end-to-end recruitment and HR advisory.
