New York City, New York, United States, June 2025 – Catrina Jones has joined The Child Center of NY as Vice President, Talent Integration, taking the lead on the organization’s talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee experience strategies. In this new role, Catrina is responsible for engaging and inspiring mission-driven professionals and ensuring a seamless journey from recruitment through retention, furthering the organization’s commitment to building strong communities and supporting families across New York.
Before this appointment, Catrina spent over six years at Paramount, where she most recently served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. She played a pivotal role in executing DEI&B strategies, designing competency-based interviewing processes, and partnering with C-suite leaders to implement talent engagement and development initiatives that resulted in a significant increase in diverse representation at leadership levels. Her earlier positions at Paramount included Director, Talent Acquisition and Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she led recruitment strategies and managed high-performing teams.
Prior to Paramount, Catrina held the role of HR Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Business Partner at MediaCom, managing multiple roles simultaneously and spearheading organizational design and new hire training initiatives to enhance employee experience. She also has experience in US campus recruitment with PA Consulting Group, where she streamlined hiring strategies for future consultants across multiple sectors.
Catrina’s career includes roles as Account Manager, Operations & Portfolio Management at Newgent Management, Campus Talent Acquisition Partner at Willis North America, Campus Recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and several years at MetLife, where she launched the first global rotational program for graduate talent.
