Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Chandni Shah has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer at FCB Kinnect and 22feet Tribal, marking a major leadership milestone within the FCB Group India, part of Interpublic Group (IPG).
Chandni co-founded Kinnect in 2011 and has played a pivotal role in shaping it into one of India’s leading digital creative agencies. Over nearly fifteen years with the organization, she served as Founder & Chief Operating Officer, driving business growth, client partnerships, and operational strategy as the agency expanded its footprint across India’s rapidly evolving digital marketing ecosystem.
Under her leadership, Kinnect grew significantly and later became part of the FCB Group India network. In her new role as CEO, Chandni will oversee the combined operations and creative direction of FCB Kinnect and 22feet Tribal, focusing on strengthening integrated digital communication, creative storytelling, and brand engagement strategies for clients.
Before launching Kinnect, Chandni gained early industry experience in client servicing roles at JWT India and Percept H, where she worked on brand communication and marketing campaigns.
