Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States, February 2026 – Haley Schrauben has started a new position as Director, Global Product Strategy at Oliver Healthcare Packaging. In this role, she will lead global product strategy initiatives, driving innovation, portfolio alignment, and long-term growth across the company’s medical packaging solutions.
Haley has been with Oliver Healthcare Packaging for over five years, most recently serving as Group Product Manager, Medical Devices, where she led product portfolio strategy and market expansion initiatives. Prior to that, she worked as Product Manager, strengthening product lifecycle management, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution within the organization.
Before joining Oliver, Haley spent nearly five years at Stryker, where she held roles including Senior Divisional Quality Engineer and Technical Communications Specialist, contributing to quality systems, regulatory alignment, and technical product documentation in the medical technology space.
Earlier in her career, she held product and packaging engineering roles at Igloo Products Corp. and Amway, building expertise in packaging design, product development, and supply chain collaboration. She also began her professional journey as an Intern Packaging Engineer at SC Johnson, gaining early exposure to large-scale consumer packaging operations.
