Celia Man Appointed as Chief Information Officer at DHL Express Singapore

Singapore, November 2025 — DHL Express Singapore, a global leader in logistics and international express delivery, has announced the appointment of Celia Man as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). With over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and operational excellence, Celia’s appointment underscores DHL’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and digital leadership in the logistics sector.

In her new role, Celia will lead DHL Express Singapore’s technology strategy, overseeing digital innovation, IT operations, and transformation programs aimed at enhancing customer experience and optimizing operational efficiency. Her focus will be on aligning technology investments with DHL’s business objectives to strengthen the company’s competitive edge in global logistics and e-commerce.

Prior to this role, Celia served as Head of Customer Experience, Continuous Improvement, and Digitalization at DHL Express Singapore, where she played a key role in advancing digital strategy and embedding a customer-first culture. Her leadership helped streamline operations and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks that strengthened service quality across the network.

Before that, she served as Regional Senior Advisor for Operations Excellence at DHL Supply Chain, driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple markets in the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in her career, Celia held leadership positions within DHL Express Asia Pacific, where she led the First Choice Program — a global continuous improvement initiative — embedding performance excellence and customer-centric processes into the organization’s culture.

Her journey with DHL began as a Pricing Analyst at DHL Express Singapore, progressing through roles in Pricing and Yield Management, Project Management, and Strategic Improvement, reflecting her long-standing dedication and deep understanding of DHL’s operations, values, and people.
