India, March 2026 — Chaitali Talele has joined ZF Group as Head of Finance – India Region. In this role, she will lead finance for the India region, bringing strong leadership experience across corporate finance, financial control, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
Prior to joining ZF Group, Chaitali Talele served as Chief Financial Officer at Evonik, based in a hybrid capacity. Before that, she worked with EPL Limited as Vice President Group Corporate Finance.
Earlier, she was associated with Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. as Senior Vice President – Financial Control and Business Partnering, where she led financial control and business partnering responsibilities. She also held multiple leadership roles with SKF, including Head Company Finance and Business Controller, Industrial Sales India, supporting P&L management, strategy and financial goal delivery, pricing processes, business intelligence, and governance.
Before that, she served as GM Business Strategy at SKF India, driving country-wide strategic initiatives from the CEO office, including business models, enterprise risk management, M&A assessments, and adoption of decision support systems. Her earlier experience includes global and India business controller roles with SKF Group and SKF India, and foundational roles across internal audit, finance system implementation, accounting and reporting, and CA articleship.
