Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 —Chaithanya Pai has started a new position as HR Director – India, APAC & Middle East at Janes Defense at Janes, marking a significant step forward in her global HR leadership journey.
In this role, Chaithanya will lead the people strategy across India, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, supporting Janes Defense in strengthening talent capability, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling regional growth in the highly specialized defense intelligence sector.
Prior to joining Janes, Chaithanya served as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Accenture, where she played a key role in HR leadership with exposure to mergers and acquisitions and enterprise-level people strategy. Her tenure at Accenture further strengthened her expertise in managing complex workforce transitions and aligning HR frameworks with evolving business needs.
Earlier, she held multiple leadership roles at E2open, progressing from HR Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager and later Human Resources Director, where she drove strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent transformation across the organization.
She also brings international experience from her time as Senior HR Business Partner (Onsite London) at DXC Technology, along with significant HR leadership contributions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and IBM India Pvt. Ltd., where she supported diverse business units and leadership teams across geographies.
With over a decade of experience across global technology and consulting organizations, Chaithanya’s appointment reinforces Janes’ commitment to building strong regional leadership and people excellence across its international operations.
