Charlie most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at Tribute Technology, where he successfully led the company through a business transformation, revamping its leadership team, brand strategy, and growth trajectory. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer at FTD, where he spearheaded a strategic turnaround and guided the company to a successful exit through its acquisition by From You Flowers.
Before his leadership roles at Tribute Technology and FTD, Charlie was the Global Chief eCommerce Officer at Samsonite, where he oversaw digital strategy and online expansion across multiple global markets. He also served as Chief Digital Officer at TUMI, where he expanded the company’s digital footprint, enhancing direct-to-consumer sales and partnerships with global eCommerce platforms.
With a career spanning over two decades in digital transformation, AI-driven commerce, and business strategy, Charlie has also played key leadership roles at Reckitt Benckiser, Lucky Brand, and Market Leader, in addition to advisory and investment work across the SaaS and retail industries. His expertise in leveraging AI for commerce, digital transformation, and operational strategy will be instrumental in shaping the future of XGEN AI.
