Charlie Cole Appointed as President at XGEN AI

Seattle, Washington, United States, February 2025 – Charlie Cole has joined XGEN AI as President, where he will be driving the company’s mission to revolutionize eCommerce through advanced artificial intelligence. In this role, Charlie will lead strategic initiatives, expand AI-driven solutions, and shape the company’s growth in the digital commerce landscape.

Before his leadership roles at Tribute Technology and FTD, Charlie was the Global Chief eCommerce Officer at Samsonite, where he oversaw digital strategy and online expansion across multiple global markets. He also served as Chief Digital Officer at TUMI, where he expanded the company’s digital footprint, enhancing direct-to-consumer sales and partnerships with global eCommerce platforms.

With a career spanning over two decades in digital transformation, AI-driven commerce, and business strategy, Charlie has also played key leadership roles at Reckitt Benckiser, Lucky Brand, and Market Leader, in addition to advisory and investment work across the SaaS and retail industries. His expertise in leveraging AI for commerce, digital transformation, and operational strategy will be instrumental in shaping the future of XGEN AI.
