Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2024 – Charlie Fox has been named Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets, a leading provider of financial services across North America and globally. In his new role, Charlie will oversee strategic initiatives, client engagements, and deal executions, leveraging his extensive expertise in leveraged lending and corporate banking.
Charlie’s journey at BMO Capital Markets spans nearly a decade. Most recently, he served as Director, Leveraged Lending, where he led a team specializing in providing tailored financial solutions across sectors such as industrials, technology, food and consumer, and healthcare. Previously, Charlie held the roles of Vice President and Associate in Leveraged Lending, demonstrating a strong track record in structuring complex financial transactions and managing client relationships.
Before his tenure at BMO, Charlie gained experience at Broadhaven Capital Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he supported financial services clients with strategic advisory and growth equity investments. He also interned with Broadhaven during his early career, gaining exposure to investment banking practices.
Charlie began his career as a Corporate Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets, focusing on leveraged senior debt financing for investment and corporate banking clients in diverse industries.
