New York, United States, May 2025 — Charlie Wagner has joined Vesta Healthcare as Vice President, People & Transformation, bringing with her over a decade of experience in leading people operations, HR systems, and organizational transformation. In this newly appointed role, Charlie will be responsible for spearheading Vesta’s people strategy while aligning HR capabilities with the company’s mission to deliver personalized care to frail senior populations through innovative technology and telehealth services.
Prior to this, Charlie served as Vice President of People at Tend, where she led key HR initiatives over nearly five years, progressing through leadership roles including Director and Senior Manager of People. Her work included end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compliance, DEI initiatives, and HR analytics.
Earlier in her career, Charlie held multiple HR leadership positions at MAPCO Express, advancing from Recruiter to Manager of HRIS, where she was instrumental in HR tech transformations and workforce analytics. She began her professional journey as a teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools, a foundation that continues to shape her people-centered approach to leadership and learning.
