Nottingham, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Charlotte Coore has been appointed as the Head of People at Jigsaw24. In this role, Coore will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, leadership development, and overall people management practices.
Prior to joining Jigsaw24, Charlotte Coore served as HR Manager at Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited for approximately six months, where she managed various HR functions including employee relations and organizational development. Before Spectrum Brands, she was the Head of People & Culture at 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters for nearly two years, leading efforts in people management and organizational culture.
Coore also held the position of Head of People at Charnwood Molecular for just over two years, where she played a key role in strategic HR leadership and team management. Her experience includes serving as HR Director at Growth Partners PLC for about two and a half years, overseeing HR strategies and people management initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Coore worked as an HR Advisor at STERIS Corporation and as an HR Assistant at Greenwood Academies Trust, among other roles, providing her with a broad range of HR expertise.
