Stockholm County, Sweden, February 2025 – Charlotte Levert has been named Chief People Officer at Ericsson, marking a new chapter in her distinguished career in HR leadership and organizational development. With over six years at Ericsson and extensive experience in global HR transformation, she is set to drive people-centric strategies, talent development, and workforce innovation for the company.
In this role, Charlotte will lead Ericsson’s global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s technological advancements, business growth, and culture-building efforts. As the telecom industry evolves with 5G, cloud solutions, and AI-driven networks, her leadership will be instrumental in enhancing talent acquisition, employee experience, and workforce agility.
Before stepping into this role, Charlotte served as Vice President & Head of People for Cloud Software & Services at Ericsson, where she led HR strategies for core networks, automation, and managed services. Prior to that, she was Vice President & Head of People for Managed Services, playing a pivotal role in AI-driven network management and digital transformation initiatives.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Tieto, where she was Head of HR for Sweden & HR Partner for Financial Services, overseeing HR operations, talent management, and employer branding. Charlotte also gained deep expertise in organizational development and HR strategy during her tenure at GE Healthcare, where she was HR Manager for R&D and Support Functions, leading business partnering, talent management, and compensation strategies.
Additionally, Charlotte serves as an Investor & Advisory Board Member at Wndy, contributing to human-centric workplace innovation and talent development strategies.
