Perth, Western Australia, Australia, February 2025 – Katyanne Garner has joined RBO Group as Chief People Officer, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, and workforce planning. With a strong background in change management, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development, Katyanne aims to drive HR innovation and employee engagement to support RBO Group’s long-term success.
Before joining RBO Group, Katyanne spent five years at Programmed, most recently as WA Development Manager, where she was responsible for strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Her tenure focused on coaching & mentoring teams, implementing leadership programs, and driving operational efficiencies across the business.
Prior to this, she served as Regional Manager at Programmed SKILLED Workforce, where she played a key role in talent acquisition, workforce solutions, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. She successfully built and managed recruitment teams, ensuring seamless workforce operations across various sectors.
Earlier in her career, Katyanne spent a decade at Programmed Integrated Workforce, holding multiple roles, including Area Manager – Metro Central and Account Manager. She was instrumental in business development, client management, and leading recruitment & sales teams, placing over 400 candidates daily while maintaining high performance and financial growth in her region.
With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership, recruitment, and workforce strategy, Katyanne brings a wealth of expertise in organizational transformation, leadership development, and cultural alignment, making her a valuable addition to RBO Group’s leadership team.
