Delhi, India, September 2025 – Trehan IRIS has appointed Apurva Pundir as Chief People & Culture Officer. With over 15 years of strategic HR leadership, Apurva will drive cultural transformation, digital innovation, and talent strategies to align with Trehan IRIS’ vision of creating wellness-driven ecosystems and thriving communities.
Before joining Trehan IRIS, Apurva had an illustrious 13-year tenure at KPMG India, where he rose to the position of Senior Associate Director. He specialized in employee relations, engagement, organizational design, and strategic HR transformations, playing a vital role in building people-centric practices across diverse client engagements and internal teams.
Prior to KPMG, Apurva worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Talent Acquisition & Transformation Specialist for more than two years. He led client ramp-ups, spearheaded hiring across technical and non-technical roles, and facilitated shared services setups during business acquisitions, contributing significantly to organizational scale-up and workforce readiness.
Apurva began his career as a Trainee at Bharti Airtel Limited, where he gained early exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. His academic foundation is rooted in an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where he developed core expertise in HR leadership and strategic workforce management.
