Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2024 – Neha Malhotra has taken on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, Campus Strategy & Employer Branding India & Subcontinent at AkzoNobel. In her new role, Neha will lead the strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition, campus strategy, and employer branding initiatives for the company in the region.
Neha Malhotra joins AkzoNobel after serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for India at Rockwell Automation for approximately four and a half years. In this role, she was responsible for leading and executing the recruitment process across the Indian subcontinent. She guided HR and business leadership teams, mentored a team of five, and implemented streamlined, cost-effective TA strategies. She also spearheaded employer branding initiatives and introduced tech-enabled hiring and AI tools for recruitments.
Prior to Rockwell Automation, Neha worked at Schneider Electric for about three years, holding various roles including AGM – HR – Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Campus Hiring | Employee Branding. Her responsibilities included handling end-to-end recruitment, leadership hiring, campus hiring, social media hiring, and diversity hiring. She developed strong relationships with business unit heads and designed dedicated women’s hiring campaigns. Her efforts were recognized with the “STEP UP” award for catapulting the Luminous employer brand.
Before Schneider Electric, Neha was with WNS for nearly seven years, where she held positions such as Group Manager – Leadership Hiring and Quality COE. She handled leadership hiring across various verticals and led a team focused on quality hiring. Neha’s achievements at WNS include winning the “SHOOTING STAR” award for Q1 2014 and contributing to WNS winning the Business World HR Excellence Award for Talent Acquisition Practices in 2016.
Neha’s earlier career includes roles at Toluna, SAP Ariba, and Genpact, where she gained experience in recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management.
