Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Deepak Davey has taken on the role of Associate Director – Global Total Rewards at Apotex India. In his new position, Deepak will oversee the development and implementation of total rewards strategies, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Deepak Davey joins Apotex India after a five-year tenure at Cigniti Technologies in Hyderabad, where he served in various roles including Associate Director – Total Rewards and Senior Manager – Total Rewards. At Cigniti Technologies, Deepak was responsible for leading total rewards strategies, managing compensation structures, and overseeing benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Prior to Cigniti Technologies, Deepak worked at Novartis for nearly four years. He started as a Global HR Expert and later became a Specialist in Compensation & Benefits. His role involved developing global compensation frameworks, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Deepak also spent over four years at Dun & Bradstreet in Chennai, where he held positions such as Senior Human Resource Executive – C&B and Human Resource Executive – C&B. He managed compensation and benefits processes, conducted market benchmarking, and supported the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Earlier in his career, Deepak worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Ma Foi Randstad, and Process Associate, where he gained extensive experience in HR operations, process management, and employee relations.
