Washington DC Metro, August 2024 – Jackie Hilton has started her new role as Chief People & Culture Officer at the American Nurses Association. In this role, she will lead the HR strategies and organizational development efforts, focusing on fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and driving employee engagement across the association.
Jackie Hilton has been with the American Nurses Association for five years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Organizational Development & Business Services, where she was responsible for overseeing HR functions and driving organizational development initiatives. Before that, she was the Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development, where she focused on enhancing the HR strategies and processes to support the association’s mission.
Before joining the American Nurses Association, Jackie was actively involved with Passion for Learning in various leadership roles, including Immediate Past President, Board of Directors, President, Board of Directors, and Member, Board of Directors. Her contributions significantly impacted the organization’s mission to help students in low-income communities develop essential skills for a technology-rich society.
Jackie also held roles at Human Capital Consultants, LLC as an HR Consultant and Chief Operating Officer | Executive Search Consultant. At Social & Scientific Systems, she served as Vice President, Human Resources, leading HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Her career includes significant experience with CoStar Group as Director, Talent Acquisition, BAE Systems as Director, HR Planning, Staffing & Compliance, and a long tenure at Marriott International as Senior Director, Human Resources – Talent Acquisition. She began her career at FMC Corporation and PepsiCo, where she held various HR management roles.
