New York, United States, August 2024 – Kim Rodgers has assumed the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Shift4, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and organizational culture. Kim’s leadership will be integral in supporting Shift4’s mission to redefine commerce by simplifying complex payment ecosystems globally.
Prior to joining Shift4, Kim served as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners since June 2024, contributing to early-stage advisory and investment strategies for companies in their portfolio.
Kim also held the role of Venture Scout at Pegasus Angel Accelerator for 3 months, where she supported investment initiatives in pre-seed and early-stage startups.
Before these roles, Kim was the Vice President, Head of People and Talent at Tomo for nearly 4 years, where she was pivotal as the first HR hire, growing the team from scratch and contributing to the company’s success in the digital mortgage and real estate space.
Earlier in her career, Kim held significant leadership roles at Knotel, where she was the Vice President, Global Head of People and Talent, managing global HR operations across multiple countries. She also served as the HR Director, Retail eCommerce at Jet (acquired by Walmart), where she led HR strategies for several retail businesses within the Walmart e-commerce organization.
