Blacksburg, Virginia, USA, September 2024 – Lisa N. has joined Torc Robotics as the new Vice President of Human Resources Operations. In this role, she will oversee HR operations and help drive organizational development initiatives to support the company’s mission of revolutionizing autonomous mobility in the trucking and freight industries. Lisa brings a wealth of experience in HR modernization and leadership, making her a valuable addition to the Torc Robotics team.
Prior to joining Torc Robotics, Lisa N. served as the Vice President of HR Modernization at Cognizant, where she led digital HR transformation strategies and collaborated closely with HRBPs and COEs to improve globalized business processes. Her strategic oversight contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Before Cognizant, Lisa was the Global HR Practice Leader at DXC Technology, where she managed profit and loss responsibilities and expanded the company’s market reach across international regions. During her tenure at DXC, she was instrumental in integrating HR solutions and driving global business development efforts.
Lisa also held the position of Director of Workday Practice at Mercer | CPSG Partners. In this role, she led the rapid expansion of the Workday practice and contributed to significant revenue growth. Her leadership enabled the on-time delivery of multiple HR projects and improved client satisfaction.
Her earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Consultant at Perficient and as a Financial Analyst at Hudson Advisors L.P., further solidifying her expertise in business strategy and financial metrics.
