Sheffield, England, September 2024 – Emma Kirby has joined RWS Group as the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Content Services. In this new role, Emma will lead HR initiatives that support RWS’s global content services, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and strategic human resource planning. Her leadership will contribute to RWS Group’s mission of delivering technology-enabled language and content management solutions.
Before joining RWS Group, Emma Kirby served as the Human Resources Director at Tenet Group for nearly two years. During her tenure, she was responsible for shaping and implementing the people strategy across the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving engagement across multiple business units.
Prior to her role at Tenet Group, Emma worked as a HR Business Partner at TransUnion, where she supported several key functions across Europe. Her focus was on talent management, recruitment, organizational design, and improving process efficiencies in a highly complex region.
Emma also has extensive experience as a Transformational Coach at her own consultancy, Emma Kirby Career Coaching, where she provided personalized coaching programs to help professionals achieve their career and life goals. She has been successfully running her coaching business since 2019.
In addition, Emma has held several interim and consulting roles, including with Simpson Millar Solicitors and Royal Mail Group, where she led HR projects focused on recruitment, organizational design, and employee engagement.
