Before that, as Talent Acquisition Manager, she led recruitment efforts, implementing streamlined hiring processes that strengthened the company’s workforce and culture.
Prior to joining Triumvirate Environmental, Elise held leadership roles at SNI Companies, including Managing Director and Staffing Manager, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment, team management, and client relations.
