Bradford, England, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Charlotte Midgley has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Calbee Group UK Ltd. In her new role, Charlotte will oversee HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and innovation in the snack manufacturing sector.
Charlotte’s career in human resources has been marked by significant roles and contributions across various organizations. Most recently, she served as Human Resource Manager UK & Australia at Klöckner Pentaplast. Here, she managed HR functions across the UK and Australia, contributing to the company’s strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to this, Charlotte was the UK HR Manager at Klöckner Pentaplast, where she played a pivotal role in managing HR operations and supporting organizational objectives.
Charlotte also worked as HR Manager Operations at LINPAC Packaging. In this role, she handled HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and policy development.
Earlier, Charlotte was an HR Officer at Airedale International Air Conditioning Ltd, where she managed a range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and succession planning.
Earlier in her career, Charlotte held various HR roles, including HR Advisor at Parkside (Europe and Asia) Ltd and HR Officer at Symington’s Limited, contributing to diverse HR functions and projects.
