Foxborough, Massachusetts, United States, December 2024 – Neal Roderick has joined Eastern Bank as VP, Talent Acquisition Manager. In his new role, Neal will lead strategic hiring initiatives, focusing on strengthening Eastern Bank’s workforce to support its mission of providing comprehensive banking solutions with a community-focused approach.
Neal transitions to Eastern Bank from Microsoft, where he served as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for over one year. In this role, he worked remotely from Foxborough, Massachusetts, leveraging his expertise to attract top-tier talent and drive recruitment for critical positions.
Before Microsoft, Neal spent over five years as Talent Acquisition Manager with Alexander Mann Solutions, managing hiring operations for Bank of America. His responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and streamlining hiring processes to meet the bank’s dynamic talent needs.
Earlier in his career, Neal held various roles at Santander Bank, including Recruitment Director for nearly four years and Senior Recruitment Manager. At Santander, Neal was instrumental in leading recruitment strategies, driving talent acquisition initiatives, and mentoring recruitment teams.
Neal also served as Recruiting Manager at Citizens Financial Group for over eight years, where he honed his skills in team management and large-scale talent acquisition. His career began at Bank of America, where he worked as a Corporate Recruiter for three years, gaining foundational experience in the banking sector.
