London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Argo Blockchain has promoted Charlotte Proctor-Worrall to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s financial strategy and governance as the cryptocurrency miner continues to scale its operations and strengthen its commitment to sustainable blockchain technology.
Charlotte has been with Argo Blockchain for over four years, most recently serving as Group Financial Controller, where she led financial reporting, audits, consolidations, and corporate governance across global operations. Her contributions played a pivotal role in aligning Argo’s financial structures with its rapid growth and international expansion.
Prior to joining Argo, Charlotte served as Finance Manager at SMAS Worksafe, where she managed tax, audits, and cash flow for the safety management advisory firm. She also gained analytical expertise through roles as Finance Business Analyst at Hallmark Cards, FP&A Analyst at Ladbrokes Coral, and Commercial Analyst at Compass Group.
Earlier in her career, she built strong financial foundations as Commercial Accountant at Nexus People UK and Management Accountant at Arcadia Group Ltd, where she honed her skills in financial analysis, audits, and VAT compliance. She also broadened her global experience during a career break, completing her RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Certification while sailing across Europe.
